Cathedral View House is a modern townhouse situated in Truro Vean Terrace, a private cul-de-sac a few minutes' walk from Truro city centre and a few yards away from Providence and Cathedral View Cottages.
Truro still has a wide variety of shops: Marks & Spencer, Co-Op and Tesco are a few minutes' walk away while Waitrose, Sainsbury's and Lidl are a few minutes' away by car. Transport links are good: the railway station is a 10-minute walk or a three-minute drive, with frequent mainline connections to London, the North and Penzance, and the bus station is a five-minute walk with connections all over Cornwall. Newquay airport is a 20-minute drive away, with three daily flights to Gatwick. In summer the ferry to Falmouth and St Mawes runs from the town quay at high tide, a few minutes' walk away, and from Malpas at low tide, a five-minute drive away.
The house—which has recently completely refurbished—is very family friendly. Well-behaved dogs are also very welcome, with plenty of nearby dog walks. Accommodation comprises three bedrooms: two doubles and a single, with a sofa bed in the front room.
Downstairs there is a comfortable front sitting-room, with smart TV and video, a large kitchen/dining room, and a fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, gas hob and electric oven. There is also an iron, ironing board, vacuum cleaner, washing machine and separate dryer in the utility room.
The upstairs bathroom has a bath with excellent shower, a hand basin and a WC. There is also a separate shower room and WC downstairs.
The house benefits from a fast wi-fi connection. The back garden has a very sunny decked patio with comfortable seating.
Off street parking for two cars is available at the front of the house and there is also free on-street parking nearby.
